Around noon there is a lunch break before the trek continues through to the camp site. Take a rest at the camp, get a hot drink and take a refreshing shower in the small stream. Preparation of dinner.
Have breakfast at the campsite and set off at around 9am. Walk for around 5-6 hours, move to another camp site, while searching signs of wildlife, discovering “jungle-food” and learning about their uses. Get lunch in the jungle, before continuing trek to the camp near the river bank. Relax at the camp and swim in the clean jungle river. Preparation of dinner.
The following morning visitors can choose between a short trek into to the jungle, or just relaxing at the campsite. Return to Bukit Lawang either by foot or by tube-rafting down the river (this must be decided before your trek begins). Arrive back at lunchtime (lunch not included on this day).
